Tracked 48 – up to 2kg (Cheapest option)

Tracked 24 – up to 2kg

Order cut-off times

Orders placed before the cut-off time shown above are typically dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after cut-off will be processed on the next working day.

Cut-off times apply Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Stock availability & dispatch times

While we hold stock for many items, some products are supplied from our partners distribution warehouse.

For these items, we aim to dispatch within 4–5 working days from order confirmation.
Estimated dispatch times are provided where possible and may vary depending on availability and order size.

If your order contains a mix of stock items and warehouse-supplied items, goods may be dispatched together.

Urgent or next-day delivery requests

If you require an item urgently or for next-day delivery, this may be possible for certain products, including items held at our partners distribution warehouse.

For these products, an express transfer to our UK warehouse may be arranged, allowing onward delivery as quickly as possible.

Please contact us before placing your order so we can:

• Confirm stock availability at our supplier warehouse
• Advise on the fastest available delivery option
• Provide a quote for any additional costs associated with express transfer and expedited shipping

Urgent or express delivery requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Delivery times for express requests are estimated and not guaranteed.

• Delivery times are estimates based on courier service levels and are not guaranteed
• Delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur
• Deliveries do not usually take place on weekends or public holidays
• Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on size, weight, or stock location
• Orders exceeding stated weight limits or requiring multiple parcels may incur additional delivery charges
• We currently deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and Mainland UK as standard
